1. Service Scope
Flownware provides custom web design, Next.js web application development, SEO optimization, Facebook Lead Ads integration, and WhatsApp Business API automation tailored for local businesses, startups, and service enterprises. Detailed project deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual client service scopes.
2. Acceptable Use & Meta Policy Compliance
Clients using Flownware WhatsApp automation or Meta Lead Ads integrations must comply with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Commerce Policies, and applicable anti-spam legislation.
Clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing Flownware infrastructure to send unsolicited mass spam, unlawful communications, or fraudulent marketing material.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, clients receive ownership rights to the final customized web code, custom graphics, and copy created specifically for their project. Flownware retains ownership of core proprietary frameworks, pre-built components, and agency branding.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flownware shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API downtime (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers) or client policy violations on external advertising platforms.
